We take pride in delivering fresh, beautiful arrangements and exceptional service. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues through a replacement or refund.

Fresh flower quality issues: If your flowers arrive wilted or damaged, please send photos for a prompt resolution.

Custom or event orders: Due to their personalized nature, these are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any concerns.

Order cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this, cancellations may not be possible due to processing timelines.
