2. Same-Day Delivery

  • Available Monday through Saturday for orders placed before 2 PM PST.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the next business day.

  • Sunday deliveries are limited and subject to availability.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Deliveries are typically made between 10 AM – 7 PM.

  • We strive to accommodate your preferred delivery window, but exact delivery times are not guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other local conditions.

4. Delivery Fees

  • A delivery fee is applied based on the destination zip code.

  • The exact charge will be calculated at checkout after the delivery address is entered.

5. Recipient Availability

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery location.

  • If no one is present, we may leave the arrangement in a secure, shaded spot or with a neighbor if possible.

  • Redelivery fees may apply for unsuccessful delivery attempts.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details.

  • We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Redelivery may incur additional charges.

7. Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other unexpected conditions.

  • If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

8. Delivery Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email or text once your order has been successfully delivered.

  • Gift deliveries will not include any pricing information in the package.
